We had been planning to downsize for a while and after 19 years in the house where we raised our four kids we knew it was going to be a BIG job. We connected with Brenda early on so we had a lot of guidance throughout the process which made it much more manageable to plan next steps. She gave us ideas, resources, and recommendations, plus she did the research to back it all up. Brenda also gave us the freedom to follow our gut when we wanted; she understands that HEARING her clients is ultimately more important than them just listening to her. In the end, we had an offer within 24 hours (and others as well). Our home went for over asking during what seems like an unsure market. Working with Brenda during what should have been a stressful time, allowed us to move on with ease and focus on our future.

I have had a lot of realtors, but I'm sticking with Brenda from now on. She is never too busy for me. She offers to help with even the smallest request. She knows the buying and selling process inside and out. I'll never use another agent!

I was extremely happy working with Brenda. She worked with me until I found a place that was a match for what I was looking for. When I got closer to closing she got me information about key dates before the builder did, and she dug into details during the final walkthrough. She was great to work with, very detail oriented. I'll absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
